High-density polyurethane
core bonds to the steel face sheets to provide
additional sturdiness and superior insulation.
It's an environmentally friendly formulation
with twice the insulating R-value of polystyrene.
Strengthened J-Edge
Design
For added strength and structural
rigidity the vertical edges of the door face
sheets are roll formed into a "J"
shape which interlocks with the wood stiles.

Rectangular Bulb Sweep
A flexible bottom sweep, consisting of twin
compression tubes and an extruded vinyl blade,
seals tightly against the threshold to eliminate
drafts, leaks, and ice build-ups. Slides on
and off for easy replacement. |

Magnetic Weather-strip
Oversized magnetic weather-stripping holds
tight to the steel door creating a tight seal
with additional foam plugs at sill for an even
tighter contact. |

Adjustable Threshold
Weather-tight, heavy-duty thresholds with aluminum
risers can be easily adjusted with a screwdriver.
Riser can be locked in place with the set screw.
Oversized jamb height allows for correctly adjusting
the sill and a high-dam appearance. |

In stock aluminum clad frame in White, Sand,
Bronze and Green. Optional colors: Almond,Terratone,
Brick Red, and Eggshell available.The frame
may be easily joined to sidelite and transom
units for an attractive streamline appearance.

Door panel is available with 20 minute label
and spring hinges for fire doors.The door panel
is also available with closer and panic block
in 2868 and 3068 flush and 6 panel designs.
Options also include lock and deadlock bores,
and a security plate.
